About Us


At MOVE, we’re redefining what functional fitness means—bridging the gap between rehabilitation and fitness.

We specialize in helping people who feel stuck between physical therapy and traditional fitness. Too often, clients go through rehab, start feeling a bit better, and jump back into workouts—only to find themselves right back in pain weeks or months later. The cycle continues: rehab → relief → return to fitness → re-injury. It’s frustrating, disheartening, and completely avoidable.

That’s why MOVE was built with a different philosophy. We partner with doctors, physical therapists, and movement experts to create programs that meet clients exactly where they are—whether they’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or just trying to move smarter and feel better in their everyday lives.

Many people don’t even know who to turn to when pain shows up—Is it a trainer? A doctor? A therapist? That confusion is part of the problem. At MOVE, we remove the guesswork. By collaborating with trusted professionals, we offer targeted support, education, and smart, effective movement strategies you can actually use for life.

I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body works. I began my career in 2016 as a yoga instructor, and over the years, I expanded into personal training, mobility work, and pain-free performance coaching. But more than certifications, it’s my passion for teaching, connecting, and truly helping people.

Like many of my clients, I’ve dealt with my own posture-related pain and physical setbacks. And what I saw—over and over again—was a major disconnect between the world of rehab and fitness. Most people don’t get the tools they need to maintain progress once they leave physical therapy. They’re left to figure it out on their own—and it’s no wonder they end up right back in pain.

That’s why I started working alongside physical therapy clinics to create smoother transitions. I became the “in-between” coach—helping people rebuild strength, mobility, confidence, and body awareness so they could stay out of pain.

Over the years, I’ve worked with countless clients facing the same challenges. I realized that so many people don’t have access to a knowledgeable personal trainer or the means for a physical therapist.

That’s why I created MOVE—a Movement-Oriented, Virtual Education platform designed to make expert guidance more accessible. My goal is to help more people take control of their health, build body awareness, and move with confidence!

 


The Desk Detox – How It All Began

The Desk Detox was created after seeing the same postural issues show up in nearly every client I worked with: forward head posture, rounded shoulders, low back tension—all from long hours at a desk or computer.

It didn’t matter if someone was a busy professional, a parent, or an athlete—these patterns were everywhere. And worse, most people didn’t even realize their symptoms (headaches, tight neck, shoulder pain, even fatigue) were related to posture at all.

I knew there needed to be a better way.
So I worked with a physical therapist to develop The Desk Detox—a 6-phase corrective exercise program that addresses the most common postural imbalances caused by modern work life. It’s practical, easy to follow, and designed to deliver real, lasting results.

This isn’t just about stretching—it’s about rebuilding awareness, improving function, and helping you take back control of how your body feels. Because when you move better, you live better.
