I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body works. I began my career in 2016 as a yoga instructor, and over the years, I expanded into personal training, mobility work, and pain-free performance coaching. But more than certifications, it’s my passion for teaching, connecting, and truly helping people.
Like many of my clients, I’ve dealt with my own posture-related pain and physical setbacks. And what I saw—over and over again—was a major disconnect between the world of rehab and fitness. Most people don’t get the tools they need to maintain progress once they leave physical therapy. They’re left to figure it out on their own—and it’s no wonder they end up right back in pain.
That’s why I started working alongside physical therapy clinics to create smoother transitions. I became the “in-between” coach—helping people rebuild strength, mobility, confidence, and body awareness so they could stay out of pain.
Over the years, I’ve worked with countless clients facing the same challenges. I realized that so many people don’t have access to a knowledgeable personal trainer or the means for a physical therapist.
That’s why I created MOVE—a Movement-Oriented, Virtual Education platform designed to make expert guidance more accessible. My goal is to help more people take control of their health, build body awareness, and move with confidence!
